"An all round professional company. I knew the vehicle I wanted to lease. I contacted Embrace in August and was informed by Tom they had that particular vehicle on order. However the delivery was Dec / Jan. Embrace offered me alternative vehicles with a quicker lead time. Embrace explained how I could extend my current lease on a monthly basis, until my vehicle was ready for delivery. The application form was easy to understand and complete. Embrace kept me up to date on delivery via regular emails. It was very easy to contact Embrace either by phone or email. Any questions I had were explained in a quick professional manner. My lease vehicle was delivered as stated and on a low loader. No excessive mileage or road dirt. I would highly recommend Embrace as your next leasing company."

He liaised with customer care to arrange collection of my original lease car on the same day my new car was delivered. My only negative is with LeasePlan as they still have the original car ‘live’ and I am worried they might take another monthly direct debit erroneously. Trying to speak to them on the phone is a non starter. Was on hold for 35 minutes and gave up !"
