Position 1. Available Immediately - Leasing Sales Consultant- Job Type - Permanent 

Working alongside global vehicle brands and finance providers, we are looking for a number of Sales Consultants to qualify leads supplied via our website and the market leading comparison sites, Leasing.com, Cars2Buy and Carwow, to help customers find a great deal on their next lease car.

Experience within a broker is an advantage. 

The position is office / telephoned based. Experience in a face-to-face sales position would be an advantage, however we are looking for individuals who are exceptional on the telephone and in written correspondence as this is the primary contact with customers. 

Desired Skills & Experience 

  •  Ability, self-motivated and desire to sell 
  • Confidence and tenacity to pursue leads, overcome obstacles, and secure deals 
  • Business acumen, with the ability to identify opportunities to benefit both the client and the business 
  • Attention to detail, in particular with numbers and in verbal and written statements 
  • Ability to work independently but also as part of a team 
  • Embrace and work towards to the company culture of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) at all times, ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience. 
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, react quickly, and meet tight deadlines 
  • Determination, diplomacy, and excellent interpersonal skills · IT and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficient 
  • Proficient in Mathematics and able to pass a finance proficiency test at interview stage 
Package and working hours

Working out of our stunning new office in Northampton, the candidate will benefit from an industry leading package which includes a £18K basic salary (reviewed annually), monthly commission scheme which provides an un-capped OTE of £40k in year one. 

Additionally there is a company pension scheme, 24 days paid holiday allowance, free tea/coffee facilities, regular company social events and fully paid training courses. 

Monday to Friday working week with the flexibility of working either 8.00am-5.00pm with one working Saturday every 3 weeks 9am to 1pm.
